PSYCHOSOCIAL EVALUATION 
BASED ON NRS 07, 33, 35 AND 36 

In March 2010, the International Labor Organization first recognized  occupational diseases  and mental and behavioral disorders as important factors for workers' health. Diante disso,   o Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego - MTE  enfatiza  a necessidade de avaliações psicossociais e psychological assessments with the ASO – Workers' Occupational Health Certificate.  Using _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-96bad5cf58d_da_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-96bad5cf58d_da_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-96bad5cf58d_da _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-96bad5cf58d_da _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-96bad5cf58d_da _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-96bad5cf58d_da 136bad5cf58d_ NR -07 ( PCMSO - Occupational Health Control Program - item 7.4.2 - NR-33 ( Safety and Health at Work in Confined Spaces - item 33.3.4.1 ), NR-35 ( Work at Heights – item 35.4.1.2 – item-c) and NR-36 (Occupational Safety and Health in Meat and Byproduct Slaughter and Processing Companies – item 36.14.8 ),  notifies to that  the companies that own these activities subject their workers to Psychosocial Assessment. The Psychosocial Assessment can only be carried out by duly trained psychologists, with the aim of analyzing labor and clinical/behavioral aspects

a) in hiring;

b) on return from work leave for a period exceeding ninety days;

c) periodically, in accordance with the guidelines in  Occupational Health Medical Control Program - PCMSO , seeking to identify psychic disorders, which, evidently, may compromise the current and/or future activity of the individual worker ; It is worth emphasizing that in cases of risky activities, the Brazilian Civil Code determines that in the event of an accident, civil liability   lies with the employer, with the obligation, if deemed appropriate, _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_repair of any damage to workers.
